Hi, I’m Nat!
I started Sleep Origin with one goal: making sleep attainable, accessible, and digestible for everyone. Over my 8 years as a Sleep Consultant, I’ve seen firsthand that no amount of newborn classes and books prepare you the way real life, hands-on experience does.
That can be the same for parents – sleep is not one size fits all and that’s why I’m passionate about being a hands-on advocate in your household.
Think of me as the friendly neighbor who's always there with a helpful answer to any question, but who never oversteps. I love helping families build a sleep foundation that pays off for the rest of their lives, so let’s make a plan that works for your parenting priorities and lifestyle.

Schedule
A consistent feeding and sleep schedule is the foundation of successful sleep. Sleep Origin schedules are easy to follow and flexibly grow with you from birth to 4 months.

Satisfy
Full stomachs = full sleeps. Sleep Origin focuses on all aspects of satisfied feeding from breast to bottle to help reduce nighttime wakeups.

Setting
Just like adults, newborns connect sleep cycles more easily and rest more soundly in the right environment – a serene, dark room.

Swaddle
Tucked in like a baby burrito. Proper swaddling brings babies back to the comfort of the womb by keeping their arms and legs close to help soothe the startle reflex.

Stretch
Stretching uses tools, like a pacifier, to help a baby who’s waking ahead of schedule to sleep longer and ‘stretch’ their time asleep.
