    Natalie was referred to us for our first born and we have hired her again as our night nanny for our second baby. She is very attentive and she has genuine concern for our babies. What I most appreciate about Natalie, is that she listens to my husband and I, and she follows our requests. She provides insightful feedback and suggestions with how to improve a restful sleep for our baby. We trust her and we feel comfortable leaving our baby in her care. She always has a great attitude and she has a very strong work ethic. She always shows up and she is never late.     I was skeptical to use a Newborn Care and Sleep Specialist for my first child. My wife convinced me to give it a try and we found Natalie. I could not have been more wrong.
